Louisiana faces some of the highest rates of coastal erosion in the world—losing over 100 yards of land every 100 minutes. The erosion is not only changing the landscape but also the distinctive Cajun culture found in southern and coastal Louisiana.

This project examines the relationship between the people who live in at-risk coastal communities and the mythos of the disappearing land many of their families have called home for hundreds of years.
